Before you pay

  • Confirm the exact product and package duration you need.
  • Double-check the payment channel and amount.
  • Keep a screenshot or receipt until access is confirmed.

After payment confirmation

Activation is processed by the team based on the selected package. If you do not receive confirmation within the expected response window, contact support with your payment proof and the package you intended to buy.

When to renew or extend

If your exam date changes or you need additional revision time, contact support before the current plan expires. That makes it easier to recommend the right extension path without interrupting your preparation flow.

Refund and access issues

Technical issues should be reported quickly with as much detail as possible: device type, product purchased, payment proof, and a short description of the issue. Fast, specific reports are easier to resolve.
